What It Does
Bardahl BCS 400 is a dry, multipurpose synthetic lubricant that provides extreme pressure protection without attracting dust or leaving residue.
How To Use
Shake the aerosol well before use. Ensure treated surfaces are clean and dry. Spray evenly over the surfaces to be lubricated or protected. Alternatively, apply by dipping or brushing for bulk use. Allow the product to form its protective film.
Problem
In workshops and industrial environments, traditional lubricants often attract dust, drip onto components or fail under high pressure and temperature. This leads to accelerated wear, contamination of parts, micro-seizing and increased maintenance downtime.
In dusty or sensitive environments, greasy
lubricants can create more problems than they solve.
Possible Causes
Use of oil-based lubricants that attract dust
High-pressure or high-load mechanical stress
Moisture and oxidation exposure
Temporary protection needs during storage or transport
Cold deformation and micro-seizing of metal parts
Solution
Bardahl BCS 400 is a high-performance, dry and multipurpose concentrated lubricant formulated from advanced synthetic compounds. It provides exceptional extreme-pressure and anti-wear protection while remaining clean, dry and non-dripping after application.
BCS 400 forms a highly resistant anti-oxidising and anti-moisture protective film that lubricates, protects, cleans and releases seized parts without attracting dust — even in harsh industrial environments.
