We sell Bardahl-branded automotive lubricants, additives and related products directly through this website and via third-party marketplaces including Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop.
All online orders are processed and fulfilled through our central Shopify order management system, including orders placed via third-party sales channels.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where a pricing error has occurred or stock is unavailable.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at the point of order via Shopify’s secure checkout. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Delivery

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be issued once returned goods are received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
