Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and reliably using express delivery services.

Dispatch Times

• All orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day
• Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped using express delivery services, primarily via DHL.

In some cases, an alternative carrier may be used where necessary to ensure timely delivery.

There are no hidden delivery charges.

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.

Tracking information will be provided if necessary, allowing you to follow your delivery if required.

We currently ship to UK addresses only unless otherwise stated.

Third-Party Marketplace Orders

Orders placed via Amazon, eBay or TikTok Shop are processed through our central Shopify fulfilment system and shipped under the same delivery standards outlined above, unless otherwise specified on the relevant marketplace.

Delays

While we aim to meet all stated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. We will notify you if there is any issue affecting your order.
